    Remember that, depending on the provisions of your lease agreement, you can place your logo and company name in various places in the common areas of the Lubicz Park buildings.


    Pro tip

    Remember that any changes you make must be confirmed by the property manager. Once you move out, you must restore the walls and doors of the rooms to the state they had been in when you signed the tenancy contract.


    WHERE CAN I PLACE COMPANY LOGO?

    Office entrance

    You can put a logo sticker on the door leading to your office, but it must be approved by us. Remember that you are responsible for removing it when you move out of the office.

    Signage with your logo

    You can help your guests find your office easily by placing signage with your logo on corridor walls. This requires contacting the property manager.

    The ground floor information board

    Your company name can also be placed on the information board on the ground floor near the reception or next to the lifts. You can choose the name you want to use, but the font appearance must harmonise with the building design.

    Façade of the building

    If you want even more visibility, consider putting your company name on façade. Talk to us to discuss conditions and options.
