ALTERNATIVE WAYS
TO OPEN LOCKS

AUTOMATIC OPENING

Walk up to the door with the app running in the background, activate your phone’s screen (just let it light up; you don’t have to unlock it) and wait for the door to open. Remember that during the first time you have to open the lock via the application screen – the door will only be opened automatically during subsequent passages. If you do not want the door to open automatically, you can disable this option in ‘SETTINGS’.

OPENING BY NOTIFICATION

Activate the screen, then click on the notification that will be displayed when you approach the door (the app must be running in the background). On iOS phones, when you touch and hold a notification, you will see all available lock options.

OPEN THROUGH IOS WIDGET

Go to the main screen on the leftmost side and click ‘EDIT’, then ‘CUSTOMISE’, then select the GLOBALWORTH APP from the list and click ‘SAVE’.

OPENING THROUGH ANDROID WIDGET

Enter the home screen on which you want to place the widget, then press and hold a blank space. Drag the GLOBALWORTH APP widget to the desired location.

ANDROID AUTO

When you connect your smartphone with the GLOBALWORTH APP to a car equipped with Android Auto, you can open locks directly from your car screen. You can also check the location of parking entrances on the map, and the navigation will lead you directly to the barrier.

VOICE OPENING

In order to enable the voice-opening function (iOS), go to ‘SETTINGS’, click the three dots icon in the top right corner and select ‘ADD TO SIRI®’. In the following steps you will set the phrase and the lock (up to and including iOS 14 – starting from iOS 15 the lock selection is located in the ‘SHORTCUTS’ system application). Once you’ve configured voice opening, all you have to do is say ‘OPEN THE LOCK’ or any other phrase you’ve set, and the door will open.

PROXIMITY SENSORS

If there are proximity sensors in your building, place your phone with the screen activated (it’s enough to let it light up) close to the sensor and wait for the door to open.
