    Technical service

    The technical service for the building is provided by Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne Sp. z o.o., which is responsible, among other things, for repairs or clarifying technical issues in the leased premises.


    Pro tip

    Need help with some minor maintenance work? No problem! The technical service provides “handyman” services for a fee.


    Reporting malfunctions

    Malfunctions can happen even in the best building. But in a top-notch building like ours, this situation is not a cause for concern. Simply report the malfunction via Help Desk Globalworth and we will take care of the rest. There is one catch, however, in the small print: only the person designated by the tenant of the office space to report a malfunction can do so.

    REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    STEP 2

    Select “Ticket”, then “New ticket”.


    STEP 3

    Next, fill in the following fields:

    a) Under “Company” enter the name of your company,

    b) Under “Building” indicate in which building defect occurred,

    c) Under “Ticket type” choose “Defect”,

    d) Then indicate the priority of the ticket and its category,

    e) Under “Subject”, enter the subject of the ticket,

    f) Under “Description”, describe the defect in detail, giving as much detail as possible,

    g) Under “Add Attachment”, you can upload a photo of the defect or a protocol.


    STEP 4

    To submit your ticket, click the button “Add ticket”.
