Air conditioning
Every room in the office can be individually air-conditioned if this request was implemented during the fit-out works, for example depending on the furniture located there.
Pro tip
We cannot tell what the weather will be like outside each day. However, the forecast for Lubicz Park interiors is for no rain and a temperature 23°C in summer and 21°C in winter. And 99.99% of the time it proves to be true!
Temperature control panels in office areas
They enable to increase/decrease the temperature by up to 3°C. Below is an abbreviated guide to their operation.
Air conditioning:
- If you use air conditioning, you must keep the windows in the room closed. Opening the window turns off the air conditioning system and extinguishes the operating signal (green LED) regardless of the setting selected on the active mode switch.
- Do not cover the air conditioning control panels. Each of them has a built-in thermometer measuring the ambient temperature. Any obstruction hinders the proper functioning of the air conditioning system.
- Smaller rooms have built-in motion sensors. The air conditioning system is switched on when motion is detected, as long as the operating mode knob is set to a position other than “0”. The air conditioning system is switched off 30 minutes after the last signal is sent from the sensor.
- In open space premises, where there are no motion sensors, the operating mode is determined based on a time schedule, i.e. the comfort mode. When it is switched on, a green LED lights up.
